I am a first-year Ph.D. Student in Legal Studies at Bocconi University, Curriculum in International and European Law.

In 2020, I graduated cum laude in Law at University of Macerata, and I pursued an LLM in Law of Internet Technology at Bocconi University.

My research interests explore the intersections between Public Comparative Law and technology.

RESEARCH
My Ph.D. research project aims at analysing the regulation of Artificial Intelligence within the European Union from a public policy point of view. My case study are facial recognition technologies and biometrics. My purpose is to investigate whether and how new architectures can be designed for favouring the coexistence of fundamental rights and innovation.
